How to roast cabbage in the air fryer?

Wash and remove the rough layer of leaves.
Now cut the cabbage into halves lengthwise.
Then remove the core of the cabbage and again cut each half into quarters. Chop each part to the desired size (cut into roughly larger chunks to avoid burning the small pieces).
Place the pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Add the seasonings followed by a drizzle of olive oil on them. Toss to mix well.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 F for 3 minutes.
Transfer the cabbage to the air fryer basket.

I make my cabbage at 380 F (190 C) for 8 minutes. The timing also depends on the size of the cabbage you have cut in the recipe. Smaller ones take lesser cooking time. However, if you see a few burnt pieces in the cabbage, it's absolutely fine. The thin and tender leaves will get cooked before the thicker leaves.
