Air fryer cabbage is a delicious and easy way to cook cabbage. It's quick, healthy, and perfect for a busy weeknight meal. Air Fryer cabbage is so much healthier than traditional fried cabbage.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 MIxing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium cabbage head
  • 1 medium onion red/ onion
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Wash and remove the rough layer of leaves.
  • Now cut the cabbage into halves lengthwise.
  • Then remove the core of the cabbage and again cut each half into quarters.
  • Chop each part to the desired size (roughly larger chunks to avoid burning the small pieces).
  • Place the pieces in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the seasonings followed by a drizzle of olive oil on them. Toss to mix well.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 F for 3 minutes.
  • Transfer the cabbage to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 - 9 minutes. Shake the cabbage in the halfway once.

Notes

For smaller cuts, 6 minutes would be enough.
