Ingredients

salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Wash and remove the rough layer of leaves.
Now cut the cabbage into halves lengthwise.
Then remove the core of the cabbage and again cut each half into quarters.
Chop each part to the desired size (roughly larger chunks to avoid burning the small pieces).
Place the pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Add the seasonings followed by a drizzle of olive oil on them. Toss to mix well.
Preheat the air fryer to 380 F for 3 minutes.
Transfer the cabbage to the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 - 9 minutes. Shake the cabbage in the halfway once.
Notes
For smaller cuts, 6 minutes would be enough.
