Ever since I started using the air fryers, I'm addicted to using this new-age kitchen gadget. It's the perfect way to make healthy, delicious food without all of the added fat and calories.

How does an air fryer work?
An air fryer is a small appliance that cooks food by circulating hot air around it. The appliance comes with many features like - air fry, grill, bake, or roast food.
Air fryers are popular because they are healthier than traditional methods of frying foods, such as using oil. Also because of their compact size, they occupy lesser space on the kitchen countertop.
But how does an air fryer work?
Air fryers work by circulating hot air around food, using a fan to create a convection current. This hot air makes the food crispy on the outside while remaining moist and juicy on the inside.
And because air fryers don't use oil to cook food, they're a healthier option than traditional deep fried foods.
In short, the air fryers cook food in a similar way like the convection oven. But because of the smaller size and the high speed fan, the cooking time is much lesser as compared to the oven.
So why would you want to use an air fryer? Here are just a few reasons:
- They make food healthier. As we mentioned, air fryers don't require oil, so they are a healthier option than traditional fried foods.
- They're convenient. Air fryers can cook food quickly and easily, so they're great for busy weeknights or when you don't feel like cooking.
- They're versatile. Air fryers can be used to cook a wide variety of foods, so you can use them for everything from appetizers to main courses. You can make everything in the air fryer that you can make in the oven.
- These are compact in size and won't occupy a lot of space on the kitchen countertop. So if you have space issue, you can replace your oven with an air fryer oven.
- It doesn't heat up the whole kitchen unlike the traditional oven while cooking. This is a great relief in hot sunny days. With an air fryer, you can enjoy the same oven baked or roasted food but without heating up the whole room.
So If you are planning to get one, don't think more and grab one. You will love the air fryer and the food you make in it.
