Boneless Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Making chicken thighs in the air fryer is an easy and delicious way to get a quick dinner on the table. This recipe is for crispy, juicy boneless chicken thighs.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 MIxing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 - 3 tbsp olive oil

Garnish

  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp chili pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer at 400 F for 3 minutes.
  • Clean and wipe dry the pieces with a paper napkin.
  • Place the thighs in a mixing bowl and add the seasonings and oil.
  • Toss to mix them well and leave them for 10 - 20 minutes to marinate.
  • After 10 minutes, transfer the chicken thighs to the preheated basket and spray some cooking oil.
  • Start the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
  • Flip them through at 10 minutes.
  • Cook for additional 5 minutes to reach desired crispiness of the thighs.
  • Don't overcook once it reach the internal temperature of 165F with a meat thermometer.

Notes

Reheat & Storage
Can stay good for 4 - 5 days when stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat, transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket and cook at 400 F for 4 - 5 minutes.
