Wash and clean the potatoes nicely removing all dirt.
Cut the potato into wedges of equal size.
Place the wedges into a colander and wash once or twice till you get the clear water.
Place them in a large mixing bowl and fill it with iced water.
Let it rest for 20 - 30 minutes.
Then remove the water and take out the potatoes.
Place the potatoes on a kitchen towel and wipe dry with help of a paper napkin or clean kitchen towel.
Then place the wedges in a dry bowl and sprinkle the seasoning followed by drizzle of little oil over them.
Mix it all thoroughly.
In the meanwhile, preheat the air fryer at 400 F for 4 minutes.
Transfer the potatoes into the air fryer basket.
Start the air fryer at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes.
Pause in the halfway at 7 minutes and shake the wedges once.
Check again at 12 minutes and then take out at 14 - 15 minutes when they reach the desired doneness.
Serve hot with any of your favorite dips.
