2tspfresh parsley or cilantro leaves finely choppedor dried herbs

Instructions
Boil potatoes till they are fork-tender.
Remove from water and allow them to cool down a little.
Press the potatoes lightly with help of a fork or a potato masher.
In a bowl add melted butter, garlic, herbs, and seasonigs. Mix them well.
With help of a brush apply the seasoned butter over the smashed potatoes. Save some seasoned butter to apply after cooking for better flavor.
Preheat the air fryer at 400 F for 3 minutes.
Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Cook the smashed potatoes for 10 minutes at 400 F, flipping them carefully the halfways.
Once the potatoes are cooked with crsip skin, remove and apply a coating of seasoned butter additionally. However this is optional and can skip this step.
