Peel and devein your shrimp.
Once the shrimp are ready, wipe them using a kitchen towel or paper napkin.
Place them in a large mixing bowl and toss with some olive oil and the seasonings.
You can also keep them 10 minutes for marination of the seasonings.
Preheat the air fryer at 390 F.
Transfer the seasoned shrimp to the air fryer basket and cook for just a few minutes, i.e. 6 - 8 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp.
Flip the shrimp in the halfways.
While your shrimp are cooking, you can prepare your taco toppings.
Once your shrimp are cooked through, assemble them into the soft torilla along with other toppings mentioned above in the ingredients list.
Drizzle the cilantro crema on top of it and some sprig of fresh cilantro leaves and a dash of lime juice.
Serve the shrimp tacos and enjoy.
